What's New? SRS is under new management and in addition to our new website, you will also notice some significant changes in on-line services as well. SRS members now have self-administration rights to their on-line profile, and may amend, append or remove items from their profile from anywhere in the world. We have also streamlined authentication by utilizing your email address rather than your member id number.

Types of SRS Memberships

Full Membership
$160.00 USD


Full members are scientists with a baccalaureate degree or the equivalent qualification or experience or advanced degrees who have valid credentials indicating their professional activity-either medical, paramedical, investigational or educational-in the scientific or clinical disciplines concerned with the diagnostic, therapeutic or investigational use of radionuclides. Full members have the right to vote and to hold elective office. Includes a subscription to   Nuclear Medicine and Biology

Student Membership
$75.00 USD


Scientists who are enrolled in accredited training programs join the Society as Members-in-Training and enjoy all rights and privileges of membership, except the rights to vote and to hold elective office.   click here

Good Standing
A member must be in good standing to vote, hold office or receive the benefits and services otherwise reserved for Members of the Society. Members in good standing are those members whose dues, service fees and other financial obligations to the Society are paid in full.   Renew Membership

Official Journal: Nuclear Medicine & Biology
A Key Member Benefit

With paid memberships, each SRS member receives an annual subscription to the offical journal.

Nuclear Medicine and Biology is the official journal of the Society of Radiopharmaceutical Sciences.

The journal is published 8 times a year and contains original research covering all aspects of radiopharmaceutical chemistry, including: radionuclide production, synthesis, radiopharmacy, in vitro and ex vivo testing, and in vivo evaluation of molecular probes for PET, SPECT, planar imaging, and autoradiography.

Full-text articles are available from 1998 to the present. Access to abstracts is complimentary. Access to full text is limited to SRS members and print subscribers. eManuscript Submission is possible from the online journal site.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLAIMING ONLINE ACCESS:

  • Go to http://www.nucmedbio.com/.
  • Click on the Activate Online Access link on the bottom left.
  • If you are a New User, enter your email and password in the Register box and then click Continue. At the Registration page, provide the requested information and click Continue. Click Continue again when asked to claim access to the journal. Skip to Step #4.
  • If you’ve already registered, fill in your username and password and click Sign In.
  • On the Member/Nonmember page, fill in your Elsevier Subscription Number (found on your journal label) and your last name. Click Continue to validate your access.

*Note: Your Elsevier subscription number is not the same as your SRS membership number. Your subscription number can be found on the journal label

As an added benefit, SRS Members may also subscribe to the Quarterly Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. learn more
