COVID-19 and iSRS 2022 (the latest information)

French COVID-19 restrictions are being progressively lifted, and the government is talking about the suppression of the vaccination passes by mid-March, if the decrease in the number of cases continues. We are assuming that by May all restrictions will be lifted.

So far, all European citizens can travel within the EU without any restriction. But people must ensure before traveling that they comply with the rules imposed by airline and train companies.

Current Mask Guidelines in Nantes

Masks are not required anymore in Nantes (except in hospitals and labs). However, if you are traveling to/from Nantes, masks may still be required in other cases, so please plan to travel with some masks.

PCR Testing before departing Nantes

For attendees who need PCR tests before returning home, a nurse will be present on June 2 (08:00 - 12:00) to give PCR tests and run analyses. They will provide a link for the results that could be printed on demand also. Certificates will be printed in French and English.

The cost of these PCR tests (sampling and analysis) is 44 euros, payable by credit card or cash only.

To facilitate this process, those wanting PCR tests on June 2 at the Convention Center must complete a Google Form that collects:

  • First/Given Name

  • Last/Family Name

  • Email Address

  • Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)

  • Phone Number with Country Code

  • Country

  • Date of Departure

  • Time of Departure

Those who complete the Google Form and are leaving early on June 3 will be given priority; those leaving later will be tested later in the day. Complete the form here: https://forms.gle/rSftgJYju4Rw4o9a8

IMPORTANT! The deadline for submitting your information to the Google Form is May 23.

If you do not submit your information to the Google Form, you must make an appointment with a lab, which will not be easy if it is done at the last minute.

For those who may be staying longer in Nantes or the region and who need to use a lab, there are at least two options:
