Instructions for having posters Printed in Nantes (Optional)
The closest printing company to the congress center is Espace-repro (https://www.espacerepro.fr/), and it is a very reliable company.
Two price options:
Option A: Quadri UV-gel printing on offset paper 135g satin: 39.00 € HT or 46.80 € TTC (VAT 20%)
Option B: quadri UV-gel printing on Offset 200g satin paper: 41.25 € HT or 49.50 € TTC (VAT 20%)
It is important that you follow this procedure precisely to have your poster printed:
1. Poster presenter contacts the repro space at the address: imagerie@espacerepro.fr, and sends his/her pdf file to this address.
2. Upon receipt and compliance check for printing, espace repro will create an invoice that will be sent by email to the poster presenter with a bank link for payment by remote card (link valid for 48 hours max). Payment must be completed before Monday, May 23 at Noon (France time).
3. Upon receipt of proof of payment, the files will be printed and the presenter notified of the execution of the work by return email.
4. In order for organizers to keep track of posters being printed and to deliver them upon registration, the presenter must complete this brief, online Google Form: https://forms.gle/quMSZrW8EJhDpZ949
Please follow all instructions precisely or your poster could get lost.
Also, remember the size of the posters should be A0 dimensions (118.9 cm tall x 84.1 cm wide).
