Presenter Guidance
Poster Requirements:
The poster must be in A0 dimensions: No larger than 118.9 cm tall x 84.1 cm wide
(You must not exceed or reverse these dimensions. Smaller is acceptable, but not larger.)
Poster setup instructions:
Presenters may begin hanging their posters (velcro tape will be provided) on Sunday, May 29 at 13:00. The Program Committee desires that all posters are hung by 11:00 on Monday, May 30.
Oral Presentations (other than invited keynote):
For your presentation, you will need to prepare a 10-12 minute PowerPoint presentation allowing for a 3-5 minute Q&A time (15 minutes total). Please prepare your PowerPoint presentation with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
3MT Presentations:
For your presentation, you will need to prepare a 3-Minute PowerPoint presentation with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
PowerPoint Upload & Preview Room:
Conference laptops will be equipped with Microsoft Windows 10 and above. Conference laptops will not be equipped with Mac OS, Pages, and Keynote. All presentations will be uploaded to the conference laptops in each presentation room by our technicians who will ensure that each presentation is uploaded correctly.
The presentation software available is PowerPoint 2016 and above. Older versions of PowerPoint will be compatible; however, as some formatting might be lost during upgrading, please remember to save all non-standard characters by clicking the box “Embed true type” in the options dialog box when saving your file. Other presentation resources, such as overhead projectors and slide projectors, will not be available.”
